Extending customer research reach finds more sales opportunities.

Working in an office normalises office practices.  We receive, read and reply to emails at work on work computers.  And we mostly complete online surveys at work, on our work computers.

These practices are seen as normal for people in offices.

But as we’ve seen in recent surveys, one in four read emails and complete online surveys on their small-screen smartphones, at work or elsewhere.

Up to the age of 40, half or more in each age group used their smartphone to complete the survey.

Smartphone and computer users took much the same time to complete their surveys (14 and 13 minutes), indicating our online surveys are easy to do on any device.
