Shingle Inn InnerCircle And Notebook Members’ Survey, 2017 Terms And Conditions

The Shingle Inn InnerCircle VIP Membership and Notebook loyalty program Members’ Survey 2017 and the “Thank You” prizes associated with that are open only to members of Shingle Inn’s InnerCircle VIP Membership or Notebook loyalty programs.

For the purposes of this competition and permit, people are to be considered members of either Shingle Inn loyalty program if they are listed on the member lists for Shingle Inn’s InnerCircle VIP Membership or Shingle Inn’s Notebook loyalty programs as at May 31, 2017 and as sent to Derham Marketing Research for that purpose.

The survey will be undertaken as an online survey and members may be contacted and invited to participate in it by emails sent to all loyalty program members whose email addresses are held by Shingle Inn as at May 31, 2017.

Loyalty program members who are unaware of the survey and its associated “Thank you” rewards during the time it is open, have no eligibility to complete the survey and or to receive the survey completers’ “Thank you” rewards subsequently.

The survey will run until July 10, 2017.

All Shingle Inn InnerCircle VIP Membership members and all Shingle Inn Notebook loyalty program members who complete the survey during the specified time and provide both a valid email address and the same email address as is used on their loyalty program member records will have one mug size coffee added to their InnerCircle VIP Membership loyalty card within three weekdays of their entry.

Derham Marketing Research will download the email addresses of the participants who have completed the survey each weekday morning at 9 am and supply those to Shingle Inn for matching with the emails on the Shingle Inn InnerCircle VIP Membership and Shingle Inn Notebook loyalty programs.

Shingle Inn will arrange the credits to be made to each loyalty program member’s account.

When matched, each loyalty program member will be credited with their one free $4.90 value mug of coffee, for collection the next time they shop at Shingle Inn.  There may be an up to three weekdays’ delay before the mug of coffee credit is available for loyalty program members’ use.

Other people may undertake the survey but unless they are a Shingle Inn InnerCircle VIP Membership or Shingle Inn Notebook loyalty program member as defined above, they are not eligible for any “Thank you” rewards.

Only one entry per member of either Shingle Inn InnerCircle VIP Membership or Shingle Inn Notebook loyalty program is permitted, regardless of whether they are members of one or both these loyalty programs.

Loyalty program members who are members of both the Shingle Inn InnerCircle VIP Membership and Shingle Inn Notebook loyalty program may receive one reward of a $4.90 mug of coffee, but not more than one, even if they complete the survey for both loyalty programs.

The Judge’s decision on all matters relating to this contest is final.  The judge is Philip Derham, Director, Derham Marketing Research Pty. Ltd.

Entry to the “Thank you” rewards program requires the participant to add their Shingle Inn InnerCircle VIP Membership or Shingle Inn Notebook loyalty program-recorded email address to the last screen of the survey.

The survey will close at 9 pm on June 28, 2017.

All survey completers who have entered email addresses will have those email addresses supplied to Shingle Inn as detailed above.  These rewards listings will be supplied at 9 am the next week day from Derham Marketing Research’s premises at 6 Everton Grove, Surrey Hills, Victoria, 3127.

Surveys may be submitted without respondent email address details, as entry into the “Thank you” rewards program is voluntary.  But any submissions that lack these details will not be entered into the “Thank you” rewards program.

No Shingle Inn InnerCircle VIP Membership and no Shingle Inn Notebook loyalty program survey participant will receive more than one reward of a $4.90 mug of coffee in response to their completion of the survey and entry by adding their loyalty program email address to the last screen of that survey.

These terms and conditions will be published on https://www.derhamresearch.com.au before the survey begins and remain there for three months after the survey’s close date of June 28, 2017.
