Great news!
Glow have just awarded us a grant to use their platform to explore the relationship (if any) between personal feelings of happiness and satisfaction with businesses people deal with.
Other research has identified a U-shaped curve of happiness – the young and the old are markedly more happy than those in middle age.
The question we have is whether that happiness mindset influences reported perceptions of satisfaction with businesses people deal with? Or is satisfaction reported with real and not emotionally tinged perceptions?
Will be an interesting study and am looking forward to reporting more in the future!
